Abolished the public relation officer, planning and audit officer, administration officer, Department of Elementary School Inspection, Department of Elementary School Teachers, Department of School Health, Department of Secondary School Inspection, Department of Secondary School Teachers, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Social Education and Sports and Department of Administration.
• Established the audit officer, Department of Elementary Education, Department of Lifelong Education, Department of Secondary Education, Department of Education Informatization, Department of Sports and Health Education, Department of Planning and Budget and Department of School Support. Integrated Jeollanam-do Education Center and Jeollanam-do Science Education Center into Jeollanam-do Education Science Research Institute.
